SERVICES FOR SAFEGUARDING AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR REAL ESTATE:

STANDARD PACKAGE
- Tour and inspection of the property (inside and outside) 2 times a month, and a special tour in case of extremely bad weather.
- Collection of mail and invoices and their payment/forwarding, depending on the agreement.
- Water and electricity meter reading.
- Airing the house and, if necessary, watering flowers and other plants.
- Storing the key to the property (Storing the key to the property in our safe) and with your authorization via e-mail and assigning it to your guests, friends, or craftsmen.

COMFORT PACKAGE
- Detailed tour and inspection of the property (inside and outside) 2 times a month, and a special tour in case of extremely bad weather.
- Monthly report to the owner on the condition of the property via e-mail, the possibility of taking photos, according to your wishes and needs.
- Collection of mail and invoices and their payment/forwarding, as agreed with the owner.
- Water and electricity meter reading.
- Airing the house and watering flowers and other plants.
- Carrying out minor repairs caused by unforeseen circumstances and carrying out minor works important for house maintenance (minor repairs are those that our craftsmen can do within an hour).
- Testing devices to check if they work properly (gas, electricity, alarm systems, etc.)
- A tour of the property and a detailed check of the condition of the property itself.
- Periodic release of water in all faucets to avoid limescale and unpleasant odors.
- Garden maintenance (cleaning leaves and dirt, mowing grass, tending trees)
- Exterior cleaning including pool, driveway, and outdoor patios.
- General cleaning of the property before your arrival. This service includes thorough cleaning of the entire property or house/apartment, including cleaning of windows and curtains.
- Storing the key (Storing the property key in our safe) and with your authorization via e-mail and assigning it to your guests, friends, or craftsmen.
- Welcome package - by prior agreement with the owner, depending on needs and wishes.
- Property inspection immediately after your departure.
